Use the Chat Mode Manager to switch between the different Virtual Places communication modes (Chat Room, Tour, Instant Messages, What's Hot, Auditorium, Row). Communications for the selected mode are displayed in the Chat Pane. Alternately, they can be displayed in a standalone window.
