You may wish to ignore all input from selected people. This results in the following:

• all messages are ignored
• the avatar changes to the default, and the screen name is changed to &quotIgnored" and displayed in red on the People Pane
• the selected person's tour changes to the default, and the tour name to &quotIgnored"

1. Select the person to be ignored.

2. Ignore all input by doing one of the following:

• select Ignore from the shortcut menu
• select Ignore from the View Identity dialog box
• click the Ignore button

1. Select the person.

2. Cancel the Ignore by doing one of the following:

• deselect Ignore from the shortcut menu
• deselect Ignore from the View Identity dialog box

click the Ignore button
