People Manager
The People Manager displays a snapshot of information about the people in the room. The snapshot lists those who are chatting and those who are observing in the Room. The listed chatters are updated as they enter and leave the room; to refresh an open list of observers, click twice on Observers. Your screen name is displayed in blue. Screen names of users you have chosen to ignore are displayed in red. When you click on the name of someone who is participating, the corresponding avatar blinks. People who are participating in groups (for example, tours) are listed in those groups. You can also access the shortcut menu for shortcuts to menu options. Ignore Sets your VPlaces to ignore all input from the selected person. Seat Map When in the Auditorium, opens the Auditorium Map dialog box for you to view the auditorium seating arrangement and select or change your seating. Identity Opens the View Identity dialog box for the person selected in the list. Opens the My Identity dialog box if your name is selected in the list. IM Opens the Send Instant Message dialog box for you to send an instant message to the person selected in the list. Locate Opens the Locate dialog box to help you find people in the community. |
