INSTALLING:
The file comes as a zipped file. You need to unzip it to your VPlaces directory. To start it, run the dizzyer.exe file.

Once you run the program you will see a window, check the "Vertical" box and then the "Horizontal" box.
Click the "Flip" item from the "Select" menu, then click the "Start" button.
If your AV starts spinning congratulations, however some people have trouble getting it started.
So to get the program going open all the menus in VP. This will start your AV going.
