1. Click on your Startmenu button
2. Select 'Settings' > 'Control Panel'
3. Choose 'ADD / REMOVE PROGRAMMS'
4. Under Install/Uninstall you will find a list of programs installed on your system. Scroll untill you find the Programm EXCITE CHAT, double click on it and the uninstall will be started.
