Excite recently restructured
it's log-in screen.
If your password is gone,
they lost it. Register as a new user (nothing you can do about that, sorry.)
If you can log in but then
can not go into the rooms, the problem is that you must enable Java Javascript
and cookies (Netscape) / Active-X Script, Java and Cookies (Internet Explorer)
in order to be able to sign to use the select room screen in Excite. Be
sure you have not turned them off.
If you do not get beyond
the login-screen and you are asked to login again. Hit the refresh button.
In most cases that helps. |
